1. WARRANTY

All products sold by saugokimevaikus.lt have a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

1.1. In case of product failure during the warranty period, warranty repairs are performed free of charge. In case of product failure, please contact us. The cost of shipping the defective goods or parts thereof shall be borne by the buyer.

1.2. The warranty only applies if the fault is not due to mechanical damage or misuse, but to a defect in the manufacturer. Due to the manufacturer's defect, the replaced or repaired product is sent to the buyer free of charge.

1.3. Upon delivery of the product for warranty repair, it is necessary to submit the product purchase document.

1.4. Warranty defects are eliminated within the period provided by Lithuanian law. 1.5. By buying from LightSmile.shop you agree to the warranty conditions.

 

2. RETURN

2.1. The cost of returning returned quality or replaceable goods is paid by the buyer.

2.2. In order to return the product (s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

2.3. After more than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods, the Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to the return of the goods.

2.4. The returned product must be in the original tidy packaging, undamaged, unused, of the same set as the Buyer received it, without losing the appearance of the goods (undamaged labels, peeled off protective film, etc.). When returning the product, it is necessary to submit a paper (printed) document of its purchase (copy of the order, order).

2.5. When returning a quality product, only the amount of money paid for the product is returned to the Buyer. Shipping costs are not refundable to the buyer.

2.6. Upon returning the wrong product received, the Seller undertakes to replace such product with the required product. If you do not have the required goods, the Buyer will be refunded all money (for the goods, and the actual shipping costs incurred).

2.7. When a defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with a similar product or return the money to the Buyer.

2.8. In order to return the defective product (s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by e-mail. mail, with photos or videos of the low-quality item and / or parcel describing the problem.

2.9. The returned defective product must be in the original neat packaging, undamaged, unused, of the same equipment as the Buyer received it, without losing the appearance of the product (undamaged labels, unripped protective film, etc.). When returning the product, it is necessary to present a paper (printed) document of its purchase.

2.10. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods set forth in clauses 2.3-2.9 of these Rules.

2.11. If the Buyer has paid for the goods with a gift voucher, the coupon and other additional amount paid (if it has been paid) will be returned.

2.12. If the Buyer returns the product purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the product with a valid discount is refunded.
